Plastic pipe molds need sliders to help demould,so that is to say, the sliders need to be accurate size and we select Automatic lathe machine for tooling the sliders and spot the core and cavity by spot machine and design a good cooling system for the mold.

Step 1.

Product Design

Customer send the product drawing to us directly or we make the product design

according to the sample then send to customer for confiration

Step 2.

Tool design

We'll start to make tool design after the product drawing approval,then

send the tool design to customer for confirmation

Step 3.

Run Moldflow

we will run Moldflow with final tool design drawing to see whether have potential problems, and solve with customers

Step 4

Mould Making

We will start to make mould after mould design &moldflow approval,the process

include prepare material,rough cut,finish machining,assembly etc

Step 5

Mould Test

We'll test the mould after finishing mould assembly,then we'll send T1 samples

and our inner full dimensions QC sheet to customer for checking

Step 6.

Final Process

we'll make the polishing for mould after the sample approval and make grain,nitridation or chroming if customer required

Step 7

All documents archive management

We will package all product drawing, tool design drawing, Moldflow, process pictures, mould pictures, video of mold test, ...etc files archive management.

Q1. What shall we do if we do not have drawings?

A1.Please send your sample to our factory,then we can copy or provide you better solutions. Please send us pictures or drafts with dimensions(Length,Hight,Width),CAD or 3D file will be made for you if placed order.


Q2. Can we get some samples before mass production?

A2:Absolutely


Q3. Will my drawings be safe after sending to you?

A3:Yes, we will keep them well and not release to third party without your permission.
